Information you choose to share
The inquiry form requests your name, email, business location, and a brief description of your financing need. You may also provide your phone number, business name, and an approximate financing amount. The site records the inquiry and its submission time so it can be reviewed and followed up.
How your inquiry is used
Information is used to respond to you and discuss your financing request. Submitting an inquiry is not a loan application, does not authorize a credit check, and does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. Information needed for a formal loan application will be requested separately.
Service providers
The site uses hosting and database services to receive and store inquiries. Netlify Forms receives a copy of your inquiry, filters spam, and sends email notifications to Naskeh’s personal inbox. These providers process the information necessary to provide those services. Email notifications may be filtered or temporarily unavailable; a saved inquiry is retained even if email notification fails.
This site does not install advertising pixels or analytics tracking cookies. Hosting providers may maintain technical logs for operation and security. A short-lived, non-reversible identifier derived from connection information is used to limit automated submissions.
Keep sensitive documents out of this form
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, tax returns, passwords, or other sensitive financial information through the form, text messages, or ordinary email. Arrange an appropriate document submission method before sharing financial records.
Privacy requests and retention
Inquiries are retained for follow-up and related recordkeeping. To request correction or deletion of an inquiry, contact Naskeh through the form or call (503) 747-8369. Records required for a formal lending process may be subject to separate retention obligations and the lender’s own policies.
